I worked with Jedidiah for a lot of last year as I was transitioning into a new job at a church. We had an instant connection having both worked at churches in the past. Setting up meeting times with Jedidiah has never been difficult. His schedule is relatively flexible, and he has always been willing to come out to Fenton to meet with me even though I am quite a ways away from him. Working with Jedidiah to increase my adaptive technology skills is always a fun time; it feels like hanging out with a friend and doing a project together. Jedidiah is experienced with adaptive technology, but if he ever doesn’t know how to do something, which will inevitably happen in this line of work, he stubbornly researches  a solution and leaves no stone unturned. I not only appreciate Jedidiah for his knowledge and skills, but for the kind of person he is. I definitely recommend giving him a chance to  equip you as a trainer and support you as a friend.

I am a certified teacher of blind/vision impaired and learning-disabled persons, currently working as a Braille transcriptionist for the Special School District of St. Louis County.  For several years, Jedidiah Smith has assisted/instructed me in developing adaptive technology skills while working with me to acquire new ones.  His training methods have allowed me to become proficient in the use of virtual zoom meetings, Microsoft emails and Teams, the smart/i-phone, Google and Facebook. These skills/abilities have helped me to obtain and maintain gainful employment in the field of education. Jedidiah arrives on time for all scheduled appointments, conducts himself in a professional/courteous manner and is patient and flexible during his instruction, as these attributes are often necessary when working with students/persons with special needs.  He is highly skilled and dedicated to his chosen profession.  His service is much appreciated.
